SingleSign is an identity platform: one account that signs you into every SingleSign-connected app. SingleSign Mail is its email service — your mail address doubles as a login alias, so one address covers both mail and sign-in.
Your personal mailbox lives at @singlesign.com, and you pick the address yourself — claiming it takes about a minute after you sign in. Organizations bring their own domain: a company address like you@yourcompany.com is its own mailbox, given to you by your organization and kept beside your personal one.
Yes. SingleSign Mail speaks standard IMAP and SMTP: create a per-device app password in Settings and add the account to Apple Mail, the Gmail app, Outlook, Thunderbird, or any standards-compliant client. You can also install the web app straight to your home screen.
First-time senders wait in the Screener until you approve, screen out, or block them — so your inbox only ever holds mail you said yes to. Screened-out and spam messages live in their own folders where you can review them anytime; the rest of the noise simply never reaches you.

SingleSign Business funds the service: the first account of an organization is free and each additional user is paid per month. Open Business and click “Start your organization”: name your company, connect your domain (one TXT record — we verify it automatically and email you), pick your own @yourcompany.com address, then invite people and give each of them a company mailbox from the organization console.
